of flue gas emissions. It meets or exceeds the most stringent international
pollution, environmental, health and air emission regulations.
The cremator operates on natural gas or diesel oil and employs the
proven two-chamber design for clean discharge and reliable operation.
This type cremator adopts the developed industrial computerized
control system. The parameters such as chamber temperature, under
pressure, fume emission and the whole cremating process are all
controlled by automatic control system. Specific structure of composition
chamber and air supply system is designed for the cremator, the
high efficiency of cremation and full combustion of waste is guaranteed.
The cremator adopts two times and burn technology, the discharging
of pollutant reach the state standard. So auto-ignition can be realized.
The temperature and pressure in cremator are automatically regulated.

with electronic boards controls the regulation of temperature,
air supply, draught regulation and smoke density. The computer

The application of the new-type refractory fibre, intensification
is fast and able to bear warmly. Due to heavy refractory walls
and very efficient heat insulation, successive cremations can
normally be made without additional heat from the burner.
Environmental requirements
•Automatic control normally results in flue gases without
smoke and odour. Any potential increase in smoke is automatically
detected and the air increased so that waste gases are completely
combusted at a sufficiently high temperature to eliminate odour.
•Safe and silent
A sophisticated security system gives a complete protection against
occupational accidents. The noise level is very low. The automatic
control maintains a slightly negative pressure in the cremation
chamber and thereby prevents any unpleasant smell in the crematory
room.
